Great little plates Aug 28, 2009
By M. Campbell These are the perfect size for feeding children. They are about the size of a salad plate. They have rubberized areas on the bottom which help hold them in place for little ones scooping up their food. They are made of a durable plastic and can be washed in the dishwasher on the top rack. I would recommend these plates to other parents and would buy them again.

The right plate Jan 31, 2010
By K. Heng I purchased these a few months ago for my two youngest. They have held up well with daily wear. I think the bright colors and grippy bottoms are great for toddlers. I wish a set of cups would be offered in this design, I would buy it!
Exactly what we needed Jan 06, 2012
By Overmanra We were looking for plates for our one-year old and found these. The grip on the bottom of the plate has been invaluable as it prevents the plate from easily being toppled. Also we have been able to put these through this dishwasher along with the other Munchkin products we own. Overall a great plate for a toddler that stays up right well and doesn't get pulled away from you at the table.
great plates for toddlers Dec 15, 2011
By cameronpaige i like the non skid rubber on the bottom of these plates. it keeps the plate from sliding around while my boys attempt to spear the food. it's a great help for little kids learning how to feed themselves. they hold up well in the dishwasher. i am on my second set of these. i have had the first set for two years. they are a bit scratched up from me cutting up the food on the actual plate. you could prevent this by cutting up the food prior to putting it on the plate if you wish. these are great for little people! highly recommend.
Wish these came in a set of 5 Jul 13, 2011
By Target Shopaholic My daughter is now 16 months old and about to start daycare where she will learn to feed herself so we've been practicing at home. By now, I have the Munchkin bowls & cups in addition to these plates. I place them all on a low shelf in the kitchen that she can easily reach from the floor and we're teaching her to get her own plates/bowls/cups when it's time to eat. I wish these plates came in a set of 5 to match the bowls & cups! They're very easy to clean and easy for little hands to hold. The bottoms do have a non-skid base but they're not meant to work like suction bottom plates. The rubbered base only keeps the plate from sliding across the table LESS easily. I do still have to hold the plate steady sometimes while my little girl is chasing her food with her fork.
