Squirts without provocation Sep 07, 2010 As previous reviews have noted, this bottle squirts without provocation. And I have no idea why. It actually freaks me out a little. It's like it has a mind of its own. First and foremost, a water bottle shouldn't randomly expel the contents for which it was designed to contain. Works really well when it's empty, though.
Leaks and dents easily Jul 22, 2010 I bought 2 for my children. The top leaks constantly and I haven't figured out why. Also, I noticed that the water bottle had cracked along the bottom - I have the one that has the rubber sleeve and it still cracked. I am going to try and contact the company.

extremely disappointed Jul 17, 2010 The Nathan stainless steel flip-top bottle is a huge disappointment. It sweats profusely, spurts like a volcano when I open the "straw", and leaks! It does keep water cold, but that seems to be it's only attribute. How sad.
cute, but not so functional Jul 01, 2010 This bottle is really cute, and I like the cap in theory. Unfortunately, it intermittently spits large amounts of water. This is so annoying! I'm not talking about a minor drip - this bottle is like a fountain. I've contacted the company about the problem, but they never responded. This bottle (in this particular design) was expensive compared to similar bottles, and definitely not worth the money. I wanted to love this bottle, but it's just not water-tight. I won't buy a Nathan product again.
Great for Nursing Moms Jun 16, 2010 The bottle can be picked up with just one finger thanks to the tab design. The top can be opened with just one hand. No need to tilt the bottle when drinking from the straw. All are perks when holding/nursing a baby.
I've also dropped/knocked the bottle over and had no spillage.
