2Naglene Big Pocket Bottle Carrier  Dec 28, 2007
By Ruby Rubato "Ruby"
I carry a water bottle with me almost everywhere I go. Although I like the fact that this carrier is black/grey with no hideous colors and it has a sizable pocket, I found it to be bulky and awkward to carry and to drink from. The strap is attached to one side as opposed to both sides. It looks good, but it's not functional.

3Frustrating!  Dec 29, 2009
By Mairlyn K. Garland "Kay"
Most of the time the water bottle ends up falling out because of the way the strap is designed. The strap needs to attach to both sides of the carrier for balance.Nalge Nunc 2355-0003 32 Oz Bottle Carrier W/Big Pocket

4Nalgene Bottle Carrier  Apr 02, 2009

We used this on a trip to Disney World and it kept the water cold all day. The pocket was adequate for several persona items. We had to spend some time adjusting the straps (not real easy) for ease of use.

1Not a good purchase  Jan 13, 2008

Not a good design for jogging. It only has the one strap so it does not stay on your back. I waited too long to return it. Got a camel back system and like it much better.

1Totally useless  Jan 17, 2012

I tried every possible way to adjust it so that the bottle did not fall out while walking. No can do, as others have pointed out. I don't understand the positive reviews, how this can possibly work for anyone. Maybe it will work for people anatomically very different than me. I have had this for years, and for some time kept trying to figure out how to make it work properly. I figured that I must be doing something wrong, nobody would produce something this stupid, that caused the bottle to be lopsided and fall out. But at last I accepted the fact that this is is a horribly designed item, at least for someone with my anatomy (male, normal torso and limb sizes, 5' 11", 170lbs.)
