I purchased this for my child for school. They needed a water bottle with a spill proof top. It is durable and the kids love it. Great investment so I can throw away all those cheap ones in the garage now.

I ignored the warning to hand wash and put it in the dishwasher. The bottom metal ring came off. This does not impact the performance of the bottle though and I guess I should have paid attention.
Nice wide opening for ice cubes, does not leak and handy to clip the carbiner onto my purse handle so I don't forget it. It does hang funny if you try to clip it to your belt or such (the center of mass makes it hang at an angle). It would be nice if it had a place to attach a hook to the other side so you could carry it upright.

Bought this bottle because it looked cool in the grey color. I got 2 of them, and within six months both are now broken. First one broke just when I dropped it on the floor while full of water. The thing just burst into pieces. The second one broke after about 3 months of use - just from repeated squeezing it developed a small crack in the side of the bottle and started leaking water.
So they look cool, but if you plan on using it daily get something more flexible/squeezalbe, and one that doesn't have metallic parts to crack.

Liquid Logic Alpine BPA Free Bottle with Carabiner and Sport Top (28-Ounce) Poor construction and/or quality control. The light-weight metal that covers (or surrounds) the inner plastic top pulled off the first time I removed the top, after the first use.
We haven't retried yet to see if the resulting structure is still usable.

I use it for mountain biking, holds a good amount of water and doesn't feel cheap like most of the water bottles out there. Had it for for almost 2 months and haven't experienced any issues thus far.
